- No Refund After Final Delivery: Once we’ve completed the project and delivered the final files, refunds cannot be processed. However, we offer minor revisions up to 10 days after delivery.
- Partial Refund After First Draft: If you’re not satisfied after the first draft, we’re happy to discuss a fair partial refund based on the work completed.
- Minor Revisions: We offer minor revisions for up to 10 days after final delivery. Any revisions beyond this will incur charges, but we’ll always be transparent about them.
